Full Random should no longer select maps that players do not own. Saving during a game should no longer cause a desync when watching the replay. Villagers should no longer stop and attack wolves (ordering a move command will now take priority so users can move villagers if desired). Line of sight circles should now correctly follow units (in rare cases they would be misaligned). Unit selection circles now behave correctly when unloading transport ships. Repeatedly loading into treaty mode games no longer crashes. Monk tool tip should no longer crash in Russian localization. Turtle icons appear for each player that cannot maintain 90% of the simulation frame rate (previously only showed for the slowest player). Red ping circles appear for players above 400mp ping (previously 700ms). Yellow ping circles appear for players above 200ms ping. In game ping/lag icons have been updated to appear in the correct situations. Improved the throttling system to allow for faster network speeds (where applicable). Lowered the minimum command delay to allow max performance on faster machines. Tuned the calculations involving network speed granularity to address the issue players were seeing where the game felt too fast or too slow. Removed the added network delay on game start. Empire Wars game mode (requires additional mod).Here are the issues included in this 5.3 update:. Handicap mode (requires additional mod). Interface that displays the number of villagers working on each resource. Adaptative Age of Mandala (requires aditional mod). Byzantines and Spanish now use the Mediterranean set. Mediterranean and East European sets reworked. If you still prefer to play the game without overlay and want to see the old resource bar, use this mod. This way we have greatly improved its performance and it should work on less powerful computers. We've modified the exisiting resource bar and created a new overlay that reuses the existing numbers. Mainly, the mod no longer supports Independent Architecture. In order to ease the installation, we've reduced the size of the mod by trimming some secondary functionalities.

Extract the contents of the zip file you downloaded into the new folder.Create the folder "v1.6 Game Data", exactly that name.Navigate to the folder "Voobly Mods/AOC/Data Mods", located in your AoE II folder.

If you already have the mod installed, you can use this file to only update the required files. Both, the Patch and the User Mod must be selected in your game room settings, else you will experience game crashes. In order to play, you need the Community Patch v1.6 RC and the Data Mod v1.6 Game Data.
Community Patch v1.6 doesn't include all the civilizations that Wololo Kingdoms DE has, as for those you need to own AoE II Definitive Edition. 
Wololo Kingdoms DE requires passing a license check.
Community Patch v1.6 is free to use by everyone, without the need of a license check. However there are some important differences: Wololo Kingdoms DE and Community Patch v1.6Ĭommunity Patch v1.6 reuses most of the code from the existing Wololo Kingdoms DE, adding the balance and functionalities.
